Administrative fines - bestuurlijke boete

In contrast to the CJIB fine and the municipal parking fines, Dutch law does not contain any articles on transferring administrative fines to renters (such as art. 8 WAHV and art. 225 Gemeentewet). Yet more and more municipalities are transferring part of the enforcement to the administrative fine.
